Areas of Practice:
-
FAMILY LAW - To best serve our clients, we choose to focus on family law issues. You need the expertise of a firm with the knowledge and sensitivity to deal with special problems that may arise during family law matters. We have what it takes to achieve the best outcome for you and your family.
-
ADOPTION - Adoptive parents accept all the challenges, rights, and responsibilities of biological parents. The adoption process can be a maze of legal twists and turns. We know what it takes to navigate the adoption process quickly and efficiently and can help you bring your new family together with minimum delay.
-
SUPPORT - The financial implications involved in divorce can be almost as daunting as the emotional toll. You need proactive representation to help you reach a fair settlement out of court; we will aggressively represent you if we have to go to court.
-
CUSTODY AND VISITATION - Divorce is traumatic for parents and children. When searching for the right custody schedule or deciding where the children should live, each party should have an attorney who is knowledgeable of the local standards and sensitive to the concerns of both adults and children.
-
DIVORCE - Many legal issues arise when a marriage is to be dissolved, and you need help to find your way to a settlement. As your legal representative, we have the experience and creativity to understand the difficulties that arise and the flexibility to help you discover new ways to cope during this stressful time.
-
JUVENILE LAW - We handle matters unique to the juvenile law system, such as delinquency, dependency, child protection, and parental rights. In addition to knowledge of the juvenile system, your attorney needs to understand the emotional implications on the children involved and their families.
-
LITIGATION AND APPEALS - While family law issues can often be handled out of court, litigation is always a possibility and thus, we prepare every case for trial. We will stand by you through any necessary litigation so you can finalize your family law matters.
"I can not guarantee a certain result for you, but I will guarantee this: I will be fully prepared when we walk into court; you will be fully prepared when we walk into court; at the end of the day, you will know that all of your facts were presented to the Judge in a light most favorable to you; and you will be glad that I was on your side."
